The Roncaia Picolit
Made exclusively from grapes from a native vine, Picolit.
The harvest takes place at the end of October, but this small quantity of grapes becomes must only after careful and skilful raisining that lasts 6 weeks. A part of the must is fermented in new Allier barrels and the rest in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. At the end of spring the assembly is carried out and, after a year of maturation in barrels, the wine is bottled. Aging in the bottle lasts 6 months,
to present you a mature Picolit capable of giving intense emotions.
tasting note
In sight, golden yellow. On the nose, evolved very elegant, with notes of honey. On the palate, delicate, full and with the right sweet spot. An authentic meditation wine.
