Moët Grand Vintage Brut 2013

75cl size

Moet Grand Vintage 2013 will delight lovers of aged champagnes, with its refined complexity and fruity freshness. Created to reflect the unique flavors of a singular year's harvest.

Gastronomic pairings

Carefully cooked to keep them juicy and tender, fish, scallops, crab or lobster pair well with the smooth, voluptuous flavor of wine. In its own juice better than with sauce. In shades of white, food should be creamy, rich and succulent, yet retain a true lightness. As far as texture is concerned, the dish should be velvety and smooth but still have a satisfying consistency. Remember to provide a touch of crunch to contrast with the soft textures of the main element and the cooking juices. In terms of color, the dish should present creamy white tones, slightly tinged with pink and with luminous shades of yellow.

Brilliant pale yellow with green reflections. Fine and dynamic bubble

Initial floral notes of linden, honeysuckle and acacia with the suggestive citrus nuances of bergamot and mandarin zest together with a hint of anise and green tomato. The following are notes of ripe stone fruits to the point: white peach, nectarine and Mirabelle plums. The aroma is completed with soft essences of pastry, brioche, frangipane, almonds and vanilla with a slight touch of white pepper.

This vintage 2012 Moet is lively and energetic. The underlying acidity orients the linear and focused palate; succulent notes of white fruits that envelop and channel the freshness towards a vibrant finish, which makes our mouths water with a persistent note of citrus.
